Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated in writing, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

2. 14-Day Refund Right

If you purchased a subscription directly from Punctum Systems Holdings LLC, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge date, and you will be eligible for a refund without exceptions or conditions.

3. Refund Scope

The 14-day refund right applies to the initial subscription purchase.

For subscription renewals, upgrades, setup fees, implementation services, custom development, professional services, and charges for services already delivered, refunds are not provided unless required by law.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible and are typically processed within 10 business days, subject to bank or card network timing.
